- Late check-out is subject to availability, please arrange with reception in advance.
- For late check-out arrangements until 4:00 pm on the day of departure, 50% of room rate will be charged. Later than 6:00 pm check-out requirement will incur the full rate for a one-night stay.
- Children policy: A maximum of one child under 12 years of age can share a room with parents with an extra bed for 50USD including breakfast. Baby cot for infant is free of charge.

There are Seven low rise buildings housing the 33 rooms , each with its own special view of the garden and pool. Every building is appropriately named after flowers found profusely in Laos.

Absolutely beautiful hotel just south of the center of town. The buildings and gardens are luxurious. Our room on the second floor of the rear building was large, clean and luxuriously appointed, with a big private balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Breakfast was excellent; service was attentive throughout the hotel. Luang Prabong is a small town and it's possibe to walk everywhere.

A promising start, with airport pickup and very easy check-in. Rooms clean and well furnished, but very small,and with a tiny bathroom. Shower only, and no-where to put your toiletries. Some nice touches such as the umbrella outside the room (which came in useful!) and kettle in room (sadly no tea though). Breakfast was good with a wide variety. Checking out was a poor experience - problem with a credit card, that they were singularly unhelpful about. Think the bill was big for what we had - I think there's much better value for money to be had in Luang Prabang.
